Based on the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations, and Privacy Notice Guidelines, we inform you that Fertilizantes e Insumos Agrícolas S.A. de C.V., with address at Av. Del Dren #7852 Sur, Col. Argentina II, Campo Diez, in the City of Culiacán, Sinaloa, Mexico, C.P. 80396, is responsible for obtaining, using, and protecting your data.

2.- PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

a) The personal data that we will request to conduct for credit granting are:
Name or business name of the company, federal taxpayer registry, business or activity, fiscal address, telephone and fax number of the company, time established at its address, name of the main shareholder, name of the general director, number of Registration in the public registry, commercial references, name, address, city and telephone numbers, bank references, bank name and account number, payment days, payment day hours, name of the purchasing manager, name of the payer, emails, articles of incorporation, power of attorney proving the personality of the legal representative, proof of address of the company, tax identification card, identification and address of the legal representative, position, signature and identification of persons authorized to receive orders and issue documents such as purchase orders, invoices, remittances, credit titles, vouchers, letters of commercial references, promissory note signed by the legal representative, name, address and telephone, signed authorization of the client to verify credit bureau.
b) The personal data that we will request to prepare your Digital Tax Receipt are the following:

• Name or business name of the company, tax address, federal taxpayer registration, telephone and fax number, email, payment method, last four digits of the payment account, personal contact information, name, email, and telephone.

c) The personal data that we will request for the shipment of products are the following:
• Name of the person receiving the product, shipping address, and telephone number.

d) The personal data that we will request for the process of recruitment, selection, and hiring will be:

• Full name of the applicant, marital status, handwritten and electronic signature, federal taxpayer registry, population code, military ID number, place and date of birth, nationality, photograph, age, email, phones numbers, position or commission of your last three jobs, dates of entry and exit, addresses and telephone numbers of employers, job performance, professional or technical experience, employment references, educational background, titles, professional license, certificates, bank account, insurance information.

e) Surveillance video camera images will be used for your safety purposes.

3.- SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

The personal data that require special protection, such as current health state, diseases, health condition, allergies, and medications you are taking, will be used for the purposes listed in this privacy notice, specifically in subparagraph c).

4.- DATA PROCESSING

The personal data collected in subparagraph a) will be used for analysis, corroborating the veracity that will help in the decisions making of your line credit and the emails provided. The use is for advertising or contact purposes.

The data requested in subparagraph b) purpose is generating invoices through our billing system, which will be able in our database to continue generating receipts for the purchase of our products. The use is to send all the files generated.

The data requested in subsection c) is for the delivery of products related to the sale. The data in subparagraph d) is to verify their veracity references and fight corruption.

5.- DATA TRANSFER, THIRD PARTIES, AND PURPOSES

Fertilizantes e Insumos Agricolas (FIASA), to help our clients, in case of requesting references or recommendations, we issue a certificate stating there was a commercial relationship. If you want your information to be shared with third parties to have the opportunity to aspire to new shared credits or to publicize commercial information, please, write your name and sign the box below. 6.- PROCEDURES FOR THE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, OR OPPOSITION) AND FOR THE REVOCATION OF CONSENT

Mail a document to our data protection department if you want to access, Rectification, or Cancellate your data and apply for opposition and Revocation of consent.
Mention name, address, id, and a clear description of the personal data you seek to avoid to hmorenofiasa@gmail.com or directly to our company facilities.
You will receive a telephone call for confirmation.
For rectifications, we will request a receipt.

Once your request is received, you will have a response within 15 days, and if accepted, it will become effective in another 15 days.
If the request is for access, we will provide a document containing the data requested.

Cancellation or opposition.

The information will be reviewed. It will be answered if it proceeds

7.- OPTIONS TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF THE DATA

Other than Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition, there are no options to limit the use or disclosure of information; since there are no unauthorized data transfers, the only use limited is the references or recommendations from our company. You can find it in number 5 of this privacy notice.

8.- USE LIMITATION

Fertilizantes e Insumos Agricolas (FIASA) will keep the personal data as long as necessary to process requests for information, products, and services and maintain accounting, financial and audit records in terms of the Federal Data Protection Law.

We promise to keep you informed, about the changes on the Privacy Notice, through an informative email, web page, as well as in our offices.
